Ordering Info
I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
A. Our site is connected to a secure payment server that is encrypted with SSL technology. Your information is safe
however if you want to give your credit card information over the phone or by fax that is fine.
Can I order by fax or over the phone?
A. Yes, you may place an order by calling 1-888-584-ASIA or 1-310-891-3872. You may fax your order to 1-310-891-0312.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
A. We do not have any minimum order requirement.
What types of payments do you accept?
A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover card. Money orders and cashier's checks are accepted by mail. We are
sorry but we do not accept personal checks.
For Canadian customers, we only accept International money orders that can be drawn at a U.S. bank. Post money
orders are not accepted.
Do you send by rush services?
A. Yes, we do. We will ship your order either by USPS Express Mail, UPS Next Day, or UPS 2nd Day Air.
Do you backorder items?
A. Yes, from time to time we may not be able to fill demand and thus backorder items. If the item you ordered is in
stock within (1) one month your order will be processed. In the case that we expect the item to be out of stock
longer than one month we will notify you to confirm that you still want the item(s).
Do you charge sales tax?
A. We only charge sales tax for California residents which is 8.25%.
Do you ship COD?
A. We do not offer COD shipments.
Why does my credit card statement show "Abecta Corp" as the merchant?
A. Abecta Corporation is the parent company of Shop Asia Now. Your card will show the merchant as Abecta Corp and not Shop Asia Now. This is fine.
Returns, Exchanges, and cancellations
What are the conditions of returns and exchanges?
A. If you need to return/exchange a product, you must do so within 30 days of the invoice date. A 15% restock fee
will be charged on returns or exchanges. Delivery charges are nonrefundable. Please note our return policy as we
do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact customer service for a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item to us. The RMA number, once provided, valid for 2
weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you.

Please note that there are certain restrictions to returning merchandising to us.
Herbal, Supplements, Tea, and Cosmetic products - To return a product for refund/exchange, merchandise must still
be unopened. If any portion of the product is used, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
All Other Items - Products may be returned or exchanged if items are in a new and unused condition.
Defective Items - If an item is defective, we will replace it promptly.
Our error - If we make a mistake on your order, we will make it right or give you your money back. Customer
satisfaction is our number one goal.

If I returned my order and I paid by credit card, what happens next?
A. After we have received your returned items and approve its condition we will issue a credit. It may take one or
two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please remember that you are responsible
for the cost of shipping when you return goods to us.
How do I cancel an order?
