Order by Fax / Mail

You may place your order by fax or mail. Please download the FAX/Mail Order Form and make certain that it is completely filled out before sending it to us.

Our standard delivery destinations include all 50 states, U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO boxes. We use either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS for standard deliveries.

Shipping Information

We ship out orders Monday through Friday. All incoming orders will be processed the same or next business day. Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. At the time of packaging, if there are any items out stock, we'll wait to see if the "out of stock" items are available again within a week. If "out of stock" items take more than a week to arrive, we'll ship the current items in stock first and ship the "out of stock" items when the arrive. If you need an "in stock" item right away, please call us at 1-888-584-ASIA or 1-310-891-3872, or send an email to customerservice@shopasianow.com.

Taxes

Sales tax is collected only for shipments inside California. We do not charge sales tax for all other destinations within the U.S.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return/exchange a product, you must do so within 30 days of the invoice date. A 15% restock fee will be charged on returns or exchanges. Delivery charges are nonrefundable. Please note our return policy as we do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item to us. The RMA number, once provided, valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you. Return your package to:

Please note that there are certain restrictions to returning merchandising to us.

Herbal, Supplements, Tea, and Cosmetic products - To return a product for refund/exchange, merchandise must still be unopened. If any portion of the product is used, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

All Other Items - Products may be returned or exchanged if items are in a new and unused condition. Defective Items - If an item is defective, we will replace it promptly.
